Cancellation
Policy
Please could we have at least 24 hours notice by
telephone should you need to cancel an appointment.
As we regularly have a waiting list to fill any
available appointments.
Patch Testing
Policy
A sensitivity test will be required 48 hours before
a colour or technical service for new or returning
clients who have not had colour / technical service
within the past 6 months. |
